AS I COMPLAINT 4TH TIME FOR SAME ISSUE.

As I complaint on 14-07-12 regarding cooler not working. Call No: PEW-14G12004. The issue is your company using wrong plastic for fan and my cooler fan stepled 2-3 sided and now fan is totally broked.. no one visited yet to fix this issues as I called @ 9815669992 3-4 time they are tell me we don’t have time we are only 8 people and we are very busy . Please let me know if that is professional answer ? AS you know in north india this time very hot that is why we purchased your cooler which is very expensive please let me know if you are going to fix or ready for consumer court or we are report in our new paper for this issue regarding symphony is very bad or creating a blog and post my view etc.. I don’t want to do anything bad just want to fix my cooler .
