I had recharged 666 plan which is so call unlimited with validity of 28 day,
I had done my recharge of june 1st and my out going was barred on 10th , I called customer care ansd spoke to on agent Raghu after a long conversation he told me I had activated some 3g internet pack, I asked him how is it possible without me sending you an activate request or sms , all he told is I dont know you have to do a recharge of 666 and reactivate it and he dint have any other answer or any product knowledge so I asked him to transfer call to floor manager and after like 15 minutes some one came and he was worse than the agent he said that 666 scheme is not valid , Both the agents are giving me different version without any product knowledge.
Now who will take the responsibility about the whole issue.
*I will not spare this issue unless solved I will take it to consumer forum this is not the first time I always get a bad experience form DOCOMO and im not surprised anyways that's not my issue I need my money refunded back to my account
