I had requested for a relocation on 2nd of July 2011 and today is 22nd of july 2011 but the relocation has not been done still.

Every day I get an assuarance that the job will be done but nothing happens. I was made to pay the full charges before even listening to my request.

They say they do not have any policy to refund the money paid once. Thus they have taken my money and are not providing the services as well.
