sad but true that the device that was supposed to take away all our concerns about on the go online connectivity, fails to impress you from the word go. This is what the company claims:- Stay Online, Stay Ahead./ ITS FAST. ITS EASY. ITS CONVENIENT. / Easy Installation & maintenance. / Now Surf the internet, intranet or the extranet with consistent & high speeds. / Send & Recieve SMS or use voice capabilities. / Stay connected across the Tata indicom network 20 circles & 3500 cities / Actual internet speed will be dependent on multiple factors like time of the day, number of simultaneous users, web page accessed etc.

The last line holds the key...... after all they have left it to the demon called - dependent variables..... so I have to analyse why my page never reloads.... but the company can't so anything when I complain and complain while sitting in Mumbai's business district right next to stock exchange. But when they regularly dispatch you a bill, they are too sure how to charge.... such is the state of affairs; once caught (you have to shell out Rs. 2800/-) you can be never let go! You can stop the service any time you like but still you can never get rid of the USB modem that you bought... best it can be used as a plastic pendant around your neck!!!
