While listening to the anthem of loss by Eric Clapton, I felt lump in my throat. It happens often when ever I listen to songs. Some memories attached to the songs might bring in all those sad memories.

Today my good old friend came home and told "He's gone". I stood frozen, not because it was unexpected but still loss is a loss.

Before two months, my friend got an uninvited guest. A small and unhealthy dog. Some how he managed to tress pass and reached near the kennel of his Alsatian Dog "Trimmy". Trimmy is a terror in the locality and is infamous for bruising any tress passers. He barked vociferously at the small dog for a while but afterwards he developed some comfort factor with him.

But my friend didnot find him appealing enough to be the member of the family. He managed to shoe him away and Trimmy protested for a while. Afterward, Trimmy protested by not consuming food. Finally, my friend was forced to invite the small dog inside the home.

He was quite unhealthy and was not able to move around. Trimmy became his guardian angel and he helped him to feed and displayed all sorts of affection. To everyone's surprise, he gave him a place in his Kennel.

In a few days time, the small dog became sick and did not take food. One fine day, he left everyone. Trimmy stood frozen near him and didnot allow anyone to take him away. But finally he conceded.

Next day onwards, Trimmy hesistated to take food. In a weeks time, he also left all of them in lurch.

While my friend narrated this story to me, I was thinking "is it right, that blood is thicker than water?"

"Love" is such a mesmerizing feeling and does not follow any logic. Heart over reason! Might be idiotic but again it took life.

God bless them in heaven! Here I sing, "tear in heaven"
