More than quality, today there's greater emphasis on quantity. The numbers are not just constricted to number of movie releases, but also how much they make in the market. The competition to reach the 100 crore club is stiff and will continue to get more and more exciting in 2014. This year the three Khans - Aamir, Shah Rukh and Salman – are fighting it out harder at the box office as they stay unaffected by the new lot of actors. The new batch of actors are striving harder than they can and are set to challenge the Khan dominion in Bollywood.

The year starts with full excitement with Salman Khan's next and one of the most anticipated films -'Jai Ho'. This is also the handsome Khan's big return to the silver screen after a period of one and a half years. On January 24, Sohail Khan's'Jai Ho' will hit the movies around the nation and the world to watch Sallu play the role of a lay man with lot of body power. After really long we will also see Danny Denzongpa being the baddie.

Eid releases have always proven to be lucky for our very own hottie – Salman khan and have gone ahead to be big successes at the box office. Like the blockbuster success of'Ek Tha Tiger' in 2012, the actor is all set to release his second film of 2014'Kick' on July 27.

By concluding 2013 with a Dhoom, Aamir has not stopped. 2014 looks bright and promising for this perfectionist. He will be seen in'PK' by his 3 idiots director Raj Kumar Hirani. With his undisrupted row of hit movies like'Munnabhai' films and'3 Idiots', Hirani is ready for his next release on June 6.

Our very own King Khan - Shah Rukh Khan - is scoring quite high on the race and is at par with the fellow Khans with two films slated for release in 2014. After Chennai Express took the Box office with a storm, SRK has teamed up with good friend Farah Khan on'Happy New Year'. The Bollywood Badshah will also star in Yash Raj Films''Fan' where he will play the role of a die-hard fan. This movie will be directed by'Band Baaja Baarat' maker Maneesh Sharma.

The Khan dynasty ruling the Bollywood planet has been facing rigid challenge from the new B-town invaders like Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Sushant Singh Rajput.

Some other films to wait for this year are Dedh Ishqiya, Gunday, Bang Bang, Bymokesh Baskhi, Bombay Velvet, Phantom, Singham 2, Action Jackson, Bhootnath Returns, Gulab Gang, Welcome Back, Jagga Jasoos, Humshakal, Dawat-e-Ishq, Hasee To Phasee, Shaadi Ke Side Effects and Main Tera Hero among others.

Dancer-Choreographer-turned-director Prabhu Dheva had some failures at the box office this past year with both'Ramaiya Vastavaiya' and'R. Rajkumar', but this hasn't stopped him from trying to get better results this year with Ajay Devgn starrer'Action Jackson'.

Rohit Shetty is returning with a bang after'Chennai Express', bringing Devgn's superhit Singham's sequel -'Singham 2'. Not too far behind, Akshay Kumar has two releases lined up this coming year –'It's Entertainment' and'Holiday'.

The much awaited Olympian Mary Kom biographical movie will hopefully have Priyanka Chopra deliver her best that will be directed by Omung Kumar and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. While the other Chopra sister, Pareeniti Chopra, will be seen on screen with her natural exuberance with two releases -'Haasee To Phasee' and'Dawat-e-Ishq'.

The reigning queen of Hindi Cinema, Kareena Kapoor-Khan will set the screen on fire in her upcoming movie'Badtameez Dil' opposite Emraan Hashmi.

Another movie that fans have been patiently waiting for is Farhan Akhtar and Vidya Balan's'Shaadi Ke Side Effects'. Balan will also be in theaters with Kahaani 2 as director Sujoy Ghosh continues with his obsession.

After a massive hit like'Barfi' and huge flop like'Besharam', the star-Kapoor will be seen in Anurag Kashyap's next'Bombay Velvet' alongside Anushka Sharma, Karan Johar and Vivaan Shah. His other release'Roy' is also expected to rock the box office.

Wrapping up'Krissh3' may not have been all that bad for the Bollywood Greek God. He will be featuring in Karan Malhotra's'Shuddhi' opposite Kareena Kapoor-Khan and in Siddharth Anand's Bang Bang with Katrina Kaif.

The Student of The Year 2013 have passed with flying colors in the bollywood entrance examination. Alia Bhatt is geared up to showcase her talent in'Highway' and'Two States', the junior-most Dhawan, Varun Dhawan, will be seen playing hero in'Main Tera Hero' and Siddharth Malhotra will be seen in'Hansee to Phasee'. These new kids in the block are busy preparing for their new ventures.

With'Humshakals' Sajid Khan is daring to return to theaters after his disastrous Himmatwala. Last but not the least, the Indian movie industry is yet again all set to witness a new star. Jackie Shroff's son Tiger Shroff is ready to debut this year in'Heropanti'. Lets hope this stunner can deliver some stunning performance too.
