It is said that nothing on this earth can happen without the discretion of the almighty. I may not be sounding very correct to many of you. You might be thinking in 21st century when men himself become so strong and achieved such a height from where he can make everything possible, what is the meaning of such saying. I do believe that nothing is impossible at the same time I strongly believe in “Man proposes and God disposes”. This is my true experience.

It was the days when I was under going training at Bangalore and those days were really hectic. How days were flying is still a question mark for me. I use to get up early morning around 0400 hrs, and training activities starts from 0500hrs with morning health run and ends with a night roll call at 2100hrs. It was not only the physical training part which was hectic but the academic part was also a nightmare for all of us because in any of the exams if you are not able achieve certain set standard, there was a fare chance of cessations of training and a “WARM GOOD BYE”. To overcome that unwanted situation we usually study late night in our class rooms itself (of course with the prior permission of authorities). After every sincere effort also a sense of fear was an inevitable part during those days. i.e. “WARM GOOD BYE”. Good enough for a search of the most powerful source which can provide you courage to fight and win. Like every honest person in who never looses a chance to bribe the God, and ask him to fulfill his wish on behalf of that bribe. I too asked the almighty for strength, and to his extended help to complete my training successfully. On behalf of his help I promised a visit to his sacred home “Tirupati”. It was September 97 when the results of my second semester exams were out and I was made to stand with the successful trainees. Now it was my chance to return. I decided to visit the “Devasthanam” (Tirupati). Despite of many hindrances -Strict training rules and regulations, my complete ignorance about the place and a fear of disciplinary action if caught for breaking the rules were the factors tried to stop me fulfilling my promise. It was Friday evening I took bus to Tirupati after night roll call and requested my friends to adjust Saturday night roll call. After a journey of 8 hrs I reached Tirupati. It was extremely surprising; the place was just like the heaven. On that day God himself was stepped out on his “Exceptionally well decorated Golden chariot” from his temple between the devotees. Thousands of devotees and the only words heard every where “Govinda-Govinda”. I was completely astonished and was bit confused about the entrance to the temple. There was a huge crowd but god seems to interacting with every individual. I too enjoyed every thing prevailed over there outside the temple. Suddenly when I looked my watch and it was midnight. There was no clue for the temple entrance and every one told come in that endless queue. Time was slipping and I was tensed to reach my place well before night roll call on Sunday. My eyes were filled with tears and I thought there must be some thing wrong that is why the almighty called me to his place but not allowing me to enter inside his temple. I closed my eyes and asked him for his guidance. I was completely clue less and indecisive and started blaming god for my situation. I asked, did he call me to face this ridiculous situation and if he did not want me to enter inside the temple why did he call? I decided to go back to Bangalore. At 1300 hrs I took a bus for Bangalore and reached my place well before the night roll call on Sunday. After night roll call my friends asked about my experience. I simply told “Yaar darshan nahi ho paya” But when I told them all about the Golden chariot, one of my friend asked me “stupid when god him self came out of his temple to meet you whom will be see in side the temple”. After a long time also when ever I think about my first solo trip to Tirupati , I recall the call of the almighty which could not realized and appreciated because I wanted to get in side the temple when god him self came out to meet me. It was his call and not my decision to visit his place to fulfill my promise.
