I am writing this today to make fellow buyers aware in India and overseas of the many ways that they will be cheated if they book a flat with thejaingroup.com! I have lost lakhs of rupees by booking a flat with this company and hopefully you will be able to save yours. My only mission is to make buyers aware of the nightmare they will have to go through. I bought the property at the Dream One.

We are a struggling family and have put together some money with the hope of buying a flat. However, Jain group took our money but did not give us the flat and have not even issued us a refund. BEWARE before signing any contract with them and have your lawyer check it before signing. The organization make a lot of false promises and does not provide what it promised. They do not provide the right documents and the building is not even being built.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PROPERTY FROM THE JAIN GROUP and not at DREAM ONE
