Tikona Broadband is the worst Internet service provide in India. Cheap services. Taken one month rental and one month advance, but it did not even worked for single day. It sucks... Cust care also does not respond as expected. Every time they say they wud send an engineer & will raise a complaint, but all went in vain. Forget abt anyone calling in to follow-up, you have to call all the time to ask the status of the complaint every other day. Finally at the end you have to disconnect the connection but they don’t even pay single penny to you. Don’t return they device until they refund you the amount.
