PLs find my order number mentioned above and I had placed this order on 13th Apr 2013 as the order was not processed I asked to cancel the order on 24th Apr 13 and asked your team to process the refund back to my bank account but till now I have not got the refund and when ever I call your customer care and ask for the managers your team says they are not available and they take request for callback. Till date I have been promised for a callback for 5 times and not even once I have got a call from them. Now pls tel me what should I do.
