I have bought a Transcend 250GB HDD 6 months back, now its is not detected by any computers. I had saved precious data including family photos , office docs etc.

I went to the shop where I bought, that shop has closed forever!!!

I planned to get the HDD to Transcend service center get the issue fixed even ready to pay for the service but nowhere is INDIA the Transcend service center exists!!!!

If we visit website you find only US site for this company, even after mailing to support team they filed to answer me regarding service center in india.

Transcend sell millions of its wide range of products in india but there is not even a single service center.. Atleast for storage products which are very important part for all of us which saves our all personal data.

My suggestion, NEVER buy any product which has no service center in india..
