Hi all

I was looking for a used car for my wife and found truebil.com website via some advertisement.

These people boast about their authenticity of used car inspection report via some 100+ check points(i dont exactly remember the nos).Their sales representative called us and it everything looked like very professional and trusting them I went to see few cars. The first 1 car which I went to see at seller point was one of the worst car I saw .Water was leaking,door handles were not working,shocker was physically present however non functional,with all of above merits this website rated the CAR rating on 2nd best with 4 star.suddenly I was shocked and was not anymore interested in buying any car which was listed in their website.

After few days I got a call from their sales representative again and she kept reinforcing her promise of authenticity and painted my past experience as one exception.

Trusting to her repeated calls I short listed one more car which I went to see and finally went on to purchase the car. Aftermath was again surprising, The ownership details mentioned on website turned out to be false. The car listed as 1st owner was been used by 2nd owner(not legal) the 2nd user was listed as 1st owner on truebil and I am still waiting for ownership to get transferred on my name.The Ac has stopped working within few days of purchase to which trubil.com is not liable.

This organization does not have any ethics to which they stick.In spree of making money they cheat other peoples money.

Truebill offers service warranty for 1 year for 12 crucial part on their own inspected cars and offers non original parts as replacement against any breakdown parts( as per their sales people).This reflects integrity of their employees too.

For now and for some time I will suffer lots of pain in neck.

Learning- if you want to buy a used certified car go with Mahindrafirstchoice.they are bit premium but you will not have any hassle later on.
