I booked my household goods from Jaipur to Lucknow on 15th December 2013 by Ujjawal packers in Jaipur after being impressed by their website. It turned out to be Fraud. The items received after a week were badly destroyed and many missing. Their helpline numbers like 9811760123 were part of the fraud. No unloading and unpacking was done which they promised while receiving the money. The matter was reported to the Police but they could not do anything. I felt cheated, still utterly helpless.
