Hi Folks,


in this Blog I would like you all to pl tell me,


whether incase an employee resigns and his salary for that month is kept on hold and neither is local conveyance, his Medical benefits, and LTA even is PF is paid and still the company is not processing is Full and Final settlement nor providing his relieving letter.


it is a Fair practice or and whimsical practice by the Team not obeying HR protocols.


Should I not inform the entire youth of the nation.for beware of joining the company as the life of my friends and colleugues have got changes and careers tarnished due to not being able to provide relieving letter to their current employers.


Should any one work for such a company, will you allow your brothers, sisters, wife or any relative to work for such a company .


Though many companies follow the norm," parting with a smile", although this particular company believes otherwise and starts acting as a sadist.


Is it not a inferiority complex on the companies part, is it not an evil thing to do .


This company is the sole reason why many of my colleuges have their careers spoiled and some have even tired suicide attempts being sole bread winners of their families as they lost their jobs due to not having their reliving letters or the F & F statement.
