This is  update to the previous review posted today - I received copy of invoice from Dr Daisy. Attaching the same here.
This is the first time I am attaching photos here - if any mistakes, will try again.
There is email communication from lenovo as well, but emails are carefully worded so as to avoid any legal responsibilities. So, all I can do for now is to post receipts on the faulty ideapad that lenovo is ignoring to service inspite of valid warranty.  Hoping to convince Daisy to go to consumer court. If anybody can give me any tips about how to go about it, it will be greatly appreciated. a
