Whats most appreciative of them is: - Consistency in their approach and pricing across the team and with the prospective patient - Professional service - Delightful: initially they have inadvertently sent the CBCT to the doctor who has referred to them; though request was to be sent it to my residence. When highlighted, immediately they have delivered another CBCT both in CD and hard copy to my residential address with a tinge of regret...really liked their down to earth approach and service orientation.
