Not welcome to vodafone! We are Not happy to help you! There are a bunch of DUFFER & INCOMPETENCE customer service.

They are least bother what is the concern of their customer. They said their own version of the stories.

When you call them for the same concern hundred times, you will hear hundred different versions of their stories. I believe every representative have the same system, but they do not have the same answer.

I, personally, called and wrote to them 5-6 times already for the same issue. I got different stories.

When asked for Supervisors or managers on calls, they will put you on hold and never come back. Finally, I have to disconnect the calls as I could not wait on hold for more than an hour.

I questioned if they are qualified and capable enough to be in that position. It seems to me they have no knowledge at all.

Worse Customer Service ever!!!!!!
