So, previously I had put up my concern against the 80,000 bill scam; in hope that Vodafone-(the company that vouches for their brilliant customer service and for being loyal) would look into the matter and resolve it instead these thugs just asked for my contact details and did nothing about it. All they do is just call me and text me to remind me how they are in full energy to rip me and their other customers off. Its been up a month that my phone is off and more than 5 times that I have complained in hope that I have their loyal customer since 8 years but instead of doing something or seeking a remedy these people simply show no concern. Is that how you deal with your loyal customers. And previously I had complained about one of their employee being absolutely rude, they have done nothing about that either. As a pre-Christmas they have added 4,000 to my bill. Please explain me how can there be an increase in the bill amount if my out going is barred and how is possible to get a bill of 80,000 if my phone shows a usage of not more than 2gb. I'm now in hassled with their scams and aghast with how much a company can cheat their customers. Its a sincere request stop looting your customer and spend some money on customer service instead of spending your fortune on ad campaigns. Customers would surely be more delighted if you solve our queries instead of sending expensive dogs behind us to loot Us only. I sincerely request you for the last time; to look into the matter before I am forced to take some serious actions company. Thank you. Yours patiently waiting, not so happy customer.
