This is the first time ever due to prolonged frustration I have to send my usb stick to the trash bin.


The credit goes to the poorest service provider I have ever seen in the form of Vodafone.


The people sitting in the vodafone store are so polite and gentle the moment you enter the store to purchase the services and after that they act as if they have paid for the poor services provided.


I purchased the USB stick and activated the 3G plan. It took them four days to finally activate the sim after my several repeated visits to the store to activate the sim. And within next three days my sim was blocked without any intimation. On asking the customer care I came to know that they even don't know how to use a usb stick I wonder what they are doing in care? The moment I went to the store I shocked to hear that sim has been blocked because my docs went missing. I was asked to submit all the docs again after a period of seven days after activation of the plan but not the services. I went to Vodafone store located in Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi to just know how to return to the services for which I have been charged. There they asked me to wait for an hour in the que and at last asked me to submit docs again.


It was really frustrating when the owner of the Vodafone in the form of an arrogant customer care executive asked me to either submit the docs or simply break away the sim to get disconnected.


It is such a shit and I decided to change all my three prepaid and one post number to AIRTEL to get rid of this F%$##^&** vodafone forever.
