Many of the people are working under the open source operating systems and now the open sources like IBM AIX,Solaris,Linux,Debian,Fedora,Ubuntu are getting popular and effective as well as productive now a days. But in Linux the users always found a little bit of issue while going through the services like the LDAP,TLS based authentications,ISCSI like remote desktop access. But in case of the remote desktop access the linux users usually can go through the LDAP by getting the access to the systems remotely through TLS certifications like "ldapuserx" and can get the access. But in case of ISCSI we can get the access for the host's physical drive to use i.e. the access to the "sda".

For the process of ISCSI first the user have to login to the host system by typing the ip along with the iqn which idea can we withdrawn from the "man" page by tying "man iscsiadm" where user has to go to the example to find the proper format of login.

Then after login the user can go to the man page again and copy the access and can repalce the iqn to get the access and then download the certificate from the physical drive of the host system and can have direct access to the host's physical drive.

In the host physical drive user can make a physical size allocation for his database. That's all about the basic of ISCSI and it's importance in use.

Now let's talk about the SAMBA. Actually it is always a difficult task to develope everything in Linux. So if something has been developed in Windows and needed to be shared to the Linux system server then the use of the "Samba" comes into the picture where the user can connet to the windows server by sending ping request. So "Samba" can be just described as a connetion bridge between Windows and Linux.
