Once upon a time I found my self in a laying down in the bed. and imagine shadow type creature on my chest I don't know what was that but I am not able to move my a single finger I was kept as a living dead body. but after 3 or 5 minutes later. I woke up immediately and seeing for that dark figure which was on my chest. but that was gone. then;-i discussed these things from my parents and they don't know anything. then I searched on internet about this. I found many videos some saying "it is a supernatural power" and some "it is sleep paralysis". but I don't know till now. WHAT WAS THAT? I am sharing my experience on this website. If anyone knows, what was that? then please tell me.
