I often come across with other people rediculing our politicians.

We all agree that we had the heritage of having very good politicians in our country.They use to work full heartedly without aiming any personal gain.They were too dedicated towards their work..As days passed we are seeing people enter in to politics as a profession.The moment they are elected they are trying hard to keep their chair nothing else.They are least bothered about our country'slong term improvements.

Why we have such a situation.Are we short of real dedicated people?

We are the one who are selecting our leaders.But we do select them from the available lot.

The the person who should lead us -What we expect from him.

He should be a real lover fof our country,he should be a visionary,He should be intelligent not crooked.He should love wat he is doing.

Are we really in short of such people?

Now if you look into your family you allways want your child to be an engineer doctor,IT professional Govt servant...Nobody wants him to be a politician.Other than the Gandhi family..

As a result the cream of the people go to the above professions,and the bottom lot get in to politics ,not as their choice but the society force them to it.Finally we are not getting the real leaders we expect.

Dont we have some role in this.Even our kid shows some interest in politics we always chase him from that.We dont want our child to be a politician..May be we want to be in a more safe position.

But we, our country is lacking the real leaders (with due respect to the real leaders of the moment)and we are allowing some body who we dont like to rule us.

Should we encourage our society to give a better perception for the word politician?

Should we have our leaders from the creams of our society.
