I would have abstained from washing the dirty-linen of HDFC bank's worst servive in public, but since you have made the courage to face customers, I guess I should go ahead. Its quite serious and a bit long, others please bear with me.
HDFC Bank, Salt Lake Electronics Complex branch, is not changing the incorrect spelling of my name even after repeated complaints. Initially while opening the saving a/c there was a mistake and due to which incorrect spelling got reflected. But, now when I want to change it to my correct name with correct spelling, HDFC is not doing so. I have furnished all required documents like Passport, PAN, Company Bonafide letter and also classifieds in local dailies in Kolkata, but of no avail.
Thus, I would request you shut up all this nonsense about the best bank in India, as you are no better than money sucking mongrels. You provide peanuts when coming to service towards customers. I am running for more than 2 months now, just to rectify what is right.
