I have purchased a digital certificate for online reuturn file from e-mudra and I lost the certificate because my system got formatted. I called the customer care number and they told it's not possible. I said boss even the income tax deparment is re-issuing any lost certificate why can't you? And they are not ready to give phone to higher management. Finally after a big fight he gave me number of VP but WTF no one is picking the phone.

When I told them I lost the certificate, he was telling me buy a new certificate with the same cost which I paid initially. worst service.

Do not take this service, it's a worst and no use.
