WORST SERVICE FROM CONCORDE MOTORS
I have Taken TATA Indica Ev2 LS -yellow board Car on 2nd of jAN 2012, on 6th Jan Vehicle got registered, Till date not recvd the RC BOOK, even after several calls and compls to service manager
Mr.chandrashekar, is not picking calls and also have compl. Mr.Arjun from sales, this has become a regular calls on every day to concorde motors, till now no one responded, This is a worst service I have gone through after buying the CAR, even my one of EMI has already deducted, I had a hope that I will earn some amt. but till now the CAR is simply kept without being used and as a yellow boards this cannot be taken out of station without permit, kindly acknowledge my compl, and get back to me at the earliest, OR else will go to consumer Court.
