Cheater!!!! Cheater!!!! Cheater!!!!


I had ordered two getwrapped scarves from Yebhi.com


I received the scarves on 11 Sep at 10.45 am, When I opened the box I found that one scarf which was of blue color was damaged, I called the Yebhi courier person at that moment He asked me to call customer care of Yebhi.


I called customer care they said write a mail with a picture of damaged product attached.


I did all they said in 15 to 20 minutes. I was done with this by 11.15 am.


They collected the damaged product on 15 sep around 11 am. I updated it immediately in my account on Yebhi.


And from then they kept saying it’s in process.


Now they say the product was damaged from customer end.


I just don’t understand as soon as I received the product I was busy in calling and emailing them, when did I damage the product.
