Yoga is an indispensable necessity in today's life. It is mainly because of our life style . we have no time to take care of our body as we are always busy. I was also one among you about 8-9 months back. It was then my doctor told me that I am a diabetic patient. One of my friends advised me that once you start taking medicine .you will have to take it through-out your life. Other option left was to do regular exercise & control food in-take. I decided to go with the second option. Since then, I have been taking yoga regularly.even I havn't missed it a single day. Surprisingly, within a month, the sugar level started coming down and now it is in full control. Now, I am feeling very energetic, pleasant & confident. It is my real experience.
I have started yoga after detecting high sugar in blood. But I would suggest to you to do yoga as a regular practice.
A small step now make your life sweeter. If vehicle is well maintained, you can travel a long way.
Take a pause from your busy life for the required maintenance of body & mind.
