Solution for problem 1) U may use choke or may change your regular fuel station. Solution for Problem 3) Next time this occurs plz check is there any change in gear too? Tool box makes noise coz tools are loosely kept there. Use a strong rubber band to keep them together. Shaking happens only for 2 reasons. 1) Bend fork and 2) ply in wheel bearings in the case of mag wheels. In spoke wheels the bend in rim is another reason. Sir, even I admire that kind of thankless job they do. But when you are posted on the busy street and maintaining the traffic for long hours - it is not something you are doing out of kindness. You are paid and bribed to do it.
