Friends, Got to know about another incident about ND developers. They take bank loans in with the help of some crooks by going into agreement and sell that flat again to you. all the below mentioned members do not stay in either Sepal or Oliva. I can see only Reddys, Mohammed and Mirza.. Reddy's are the land owners/partners and others are marketing guys

and Umyesh from ND developers has informed our association categorically that after 1 year, they are not responsible for anything. ND hasnt paid the BWSSB amount to BWSSB dept for Oliva in HSR layout which they have collected from Olivians 6 years back. You can imagine about this villa project which is way inside sarjapur raod.. :).. That too 8 lakhs? dont get cheated by these builders... and also check the land papers thorough read more...

Just to add, when i bought ND Oliva in 2007 itself, they had started selling / marketing ND Passion. It is still not completed.

I’m a customer. Negatives of the builder : We at ND Oliva and Sepal guys had to run behind them for months to get even our basic amenities like lift, DG from ND. They took money from us for Kavery water and and has never paid the amount to BWSSB till now. They took money for Khatha and has not helpe read more...
