Godrej call center called me up for AMC . I had to buy 2 year AMC now as i know that this fridge is third graded and is of no use at all. My repeated request for change of fridge has felled on deaf ears. Very bad godrej i will never be your repeat customer rest assured

Godrej has lost it...I will never recommend Godrej Fridge to any one , My new Godrej Eon fridge is facing the same issues as mentioned above. They have compromised with quality.

I fully endorse you on its documentation is improper in claim process. I was told it will take 15 days for hospitalization claim process and it is 20 days by now . Till date no response. I should have gone with Apollo Munich instead at least there is better communication.
