Javeed, yeah that can be annoying. Messing up the bill and I dont know why but that often happens. Yes, the service at Chutneys is slow. Though I doubt that chutneys are supposed to be eaten hot.

monoo - I take it that by the absence of complaint the service must have been satisfactory. Because the way the Hyderabad branch is being run clashes directly with the chain's motto. Monoo, I get the feeling that in general people have learned more about customer service in Bangalore than Hyde. though I think Hyde will get there as well. one would hope. cheers!
I dont see why you would go out and spend money ordering food that apparently your entire family is expert at preparing. Perhaps you ought to try to diversify.

I do not think privacy of the type you are implying is somethng you look for in an open-air restaurant. I like places that keep things democratic and do not create class divisions (premium Vs regular lounge - Mocha, couples Vs singles - Coco's).
