Tata Nano 2012 CX

Kudos, very well and a true review on TATA Nano. I too own a 2012 model TATA Nano LX model. Till date I haven't faced and major issues with the car. I see lot of negative rewiews from people who really do not own a Nano. This is Indian mentality, guys come on grow-up.

My wife owns an i10 and sometimes I too use it, we never have got the fuel avg below 16 Kms/ltr in city and on highways 20 Kms/ltr. Ours is a 2010 model. 1.2 ltr Kappa.

I have been using the Nano for both city & highway commuting, I have never felt it under powered, I have done spped up to 100 kms comfortably with 4 passengers. I own a 2012 model LX. My car has clocked 11K till date.

Who said the service center at TATA motors do respond. TATA service has improved a long way, they respond quickly and also call back to ask if your problem is resolved & they take feed back too. Rightly said Nirmal. People have a misconception about Nano, just because it is the cheapest car avaliable on the block. I too own a Nano LX 2012 model. Yes, there is a reliability issue, due to the fact that it has smaller engine. I friend's ertiga 2012 model vdi had a major breakdown (Crankshaft broke). Hi Sushant, I suggest you to go in for the Nano, if you are looking for a zero maintenance car. I own a 2012 Nano lx model, It has clocked 11000k Kms. I use it for my office commuting. Both Nano & M 800 are gems!! I own both cars. My 800 is a 1989 model, still a gem on road after completing 25 yrs, just got restored. On the other hand my nano 2012 model is another gem, it has more space than 800. Both cars give good average and have zero maintainance.
