I was planning to upgrade my 1 BHK to 2 BHK and I went to ACME Avenue Project in Kandivali West Charkop. I liked the property and I gave them token of INR 1 Lac for the flat which has a planned possession in Mar-2023, now due to some challenges in financial arrangement, I had to cancel the deal and asked builder to refund within just 2 days. Now these idiots are telling me that the token is non-refundable and asking me to book a flat in the ready to move flats in the same tower where they do not have BMC water, Gas pipeline and any other amenities.
Can someone suggest how can I file a complaint or put a case against these fraud builder?
