Yes I would recommend this builder .I have also seen the reviews posted in other forum .Lets not outrightly dismiss them as fraudsters or whatever .The issue that was posted was way back in 2007. The matter has been resolved with the builder. In fact the entire issue was blown out of proportion by one person who was a defaulter with them .Their project BEST CITY on Doddaballapur Road is a beautiful site .I have visited this site and also clarified all my doubts with them.
I have also got the legal clearance from my lawyer and I am going for a housing loan with SBI. I recommend any buyer to check out the project by themselves .
