Booked for a plot project in sarjapur for the brand. Its 2.5 years, they haven’t laid a stone.They dont respond when you call them for details and they give all false promises.
They promised that all docs are fine and I can book an alternate plot. Outcome: Docs are not fine. They dont have legal title to sell it. To top it, their sale terms and conditions will be completely one sided in their favour.
When you cancel as last resort, they dont refund the money.Better to avoid confident properties at all cost. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
There are lot of other properties in market. Choose something which is ready to buy and has correct titles.
