Hii friends, I would like to share my personal experience with the Malhotra Construction.
A house is not only a name but also a house of memorable moments. It is belonged to the mans belongings.
But the builders played with the person’s feelings. They can’t gave a perfect house to them. So today I tell about malhotra construction.
These buliders are very worst. They can’t give proper facilities as compare to the money that takes the flat money.
These builders use a very low quality material. The house made by them is only for 3 to 4 years. After 3 to 4 years the house is not suitable for living.
They take a very long time to prepare the flat. If you booked a flat before making it you must wait for 2 to 3 years to get the flat. The staff of these builders is very rude. And service is also worst.
I suggest not to book any flat by these builders.
