They delay the projects by as much as 3 years and even post that what gets delivered is a basic shelter and not a home. Amenities not completed in more than a year even after half the people occupied their homes. One of the biggest mistakes of my life to have decided to go with MJR. And to top it all, you get a flooded basement(i guess its better than wonderla) so that you can see your vehicles rust and snakes and scorpions crawl across the premises. Please go and see all their projects and talk to owners to get the feedback. Don’t waste your hard earned money. You will feel cheated. 3 years since the promised date and still struggling to get basic amenities like parking and clubhouse up and running. Do due diligence on your part and the decide.
