Surakshaa homes is one name which stands apart among thousands of builders which have sprung up in Bangalore in past couple of years. Surakshaa Fairview is the first housing project of Surakshaa homes in Bangalore, although the group has carried out numerous projects in Hyderabad. I can bet if you visit the project site, you will fall in love with the project. Highlights of the project are:
Surakshaa Fairview provides homes with airy and spacious rooms. Each room has got two windows and none of the rooms is less than 12x12 feet.
It is situated just 1/2 a kilometer from Sai Baba Ashram.
All apartments come with two car parks.
It provides a fully equiped gym, swimming pool and children play area.
Construction quality is very good.
It is hard to find such a spacious house in Bangalore for such a price. I would say it is really value for money.
The support staff including the MD, Mr Prasad, are very helpful and co-operative.
Titles for this project are clear and all necessary approvals are also in place. - The project has been approved by HDCF bank, Axis bank, ING Vysya, IDBI bank and most importantly SBI.
I have booked an apartment in this project on ground floor, A block.
For prospective buyers, I would not say great things about the project. There are other big and medium builder projects going on in that area, like Golden blossom, Golden gate, IDEB, Sobha, Alpine viva, Orchid park, Nitesh estates. You visit other project and just compare their quality and features with Surakshaa, you will know the difference.
