I agree with the quality of the interiors. Pathetic, thats why I decided not to go for the xylo. That black carbon like residue is your break oil/fluid that's leaking and is getting charred due to the wheel and or brake system heat. 25000 KMS and your break pads need to be replaced. Isn't it obvious. 25 Thousand Kilometers my friend is almost 15 months of average daily driving.
