Sir, there is no difference i felt w.r.t features except the cc. Feature wise what is given in honda city is already there in this. compared to punto i felt the turnign radius + space + dashboard was far superior. However the features you get like magic seats, upholstery, space inside, quality of engine, 4 yr warranty support etc make its worthwhile at the end.
