Pathetic After Sales Service. Durability issue.

I bought the Kodak TV from TataCliq in the month of Sep 2021. At the beginning of Dec 2021 the TV got dead. I called the customer care for the support and got to know that support will be provided post email from me. (Other companies do take the complaints over phone).


I received the response on day 3, with the confirmation that appropriate team will provide a feedback with 24 hours. Post that they would send someone to visit the TV. And not sure when the TV is going to get repaired now.


Overall the after sales service is pathetic and do not recommend buying kodak product.


Appended is the email that I shared with them on 17 Dec 2021.


"Dear Team,


I spoke to the service engineer and informed him the problem, as requested by him. After understanding the scenario he confirmed that the mother board is faulty and he will order the same. In 2 days time he will come along with the mother board and fix the issue on the same day.


My question in this is if i had been asked to provide the current issue in the email by the call center and same had been shared then the servicing team should have organised the required part or should have had shared the information with the servicing engineer.


This looks like a sloppy work from the serving team. As it is they have taken more than a week to do their activities and it’s another couple of days wait for the repair getting me frustrated more and more on the Kodak as a brand.
