I bought duraform luxury mattress for 23000 and within a week mattress started to sag extensively leading significant back and neck pain.Raised complaint and inspection company and sleepwell both called and behaved arrogantly saying’it will not be replaced and you have to bear 3 months min and your back pain is not our problem’.The inspection guy who came also said mattress is sagging too much but company was adamant defending the product.23k inr is gone, not sure what to do next?
