I purchased Milky Mist Curd from Smile Supermarket Varam in April first week. Batch number F079D0201 3 packed on 25/03/25 with expiry date 03/05/25.
We opened the pack yesterday and found very bad smell and tasty like something spoiled fish. I am 100% sure they are not keeping hygiene requirements and food safety.
They are telling it is made from farm fresh curd! What kind of freshness we feel?
Our food safety officers are not following or their distribution contractors are damping the goods at high temperature and then keeping in fridge just to make customers happy. Long transportation facilities must have correct temperature control system and our government must make sure that they are follwing it.
All culprits must be behind bars who play with life of the public.
