Pathetic & Worst Service given by Videocon

?I am writing this mail after fed up with non sense response from Customer care executive, authorized supervisor and area manger.


I taken Videcon TV UHD 4K ultra 50 inch bought from Vijay sales Borivali west register mobile no with videcon service 98207575XX   Name - Namraj Sharma


Problem in TV - there are white pixel in TV every corner at border side, pixel increasing day by day within couple of months, due to this reason I contacted customer service they sent 01 technician on 28th March at 04:00 pm as he checked the tv unprofessionally and said this is normal issue dont do anything if you still want to do it will take 30-45 days we will check and advise on same(not given proper solution’s he went out) again I called him he said your complaint is closed make another call to generate another complaint ( without any solution how come complaint is closed.


again I called to call center as they said complaint is closed please call to area manger(Bharat jadhav- 7039041149) called him spoken with him he said this is not in my area call on 08422843305 - called on this no several time no response he sending msg saying that give ur no for call msg sent to him but no called again called him no resp.


I have paid 45k from my saving I have taken wrong decision to take fake and worst brand where there was many option available at shop, now I want solution this tv should be replaced not to repair as this was happen with few months not making any sense to open the brand new tv and repair give back to me this is not budget tv I paid good amount for this, where I can choose known brand


Request you to get back to me with fair solution on this complaint, or else I will be approach consumer court as well as social media network to know every one how Videcon giving worst ever worst service.
