WORST AFTER SALE SERVICE (HITACHI)

I have purchased one SAC 1.5TR RAU518CWEA KASHIKOI HITACHI AC with I/D SE160D16740 and O/D 160E00112 vide invoice no. 53, b ook no. 2, Dated: 07-04-2017 from AIRO - DYNAMICS gomti nagar, Lucknow. This machine was causing error from the very begining and due to this reason, the "PCB" of the machine was changed soon after the installation but it has again malfunctioned yesterday night and is not giving cooling due to the non functioning of the outer unit . The engineer visited our place and found that the "PCB" is again not functioning and due to which the outer unit is not working hence there is no cooling once again. Not a year has passed and this machine is giving me such problem. I sent a mail to customercare@jci-hitachi.com after the advice of customer care person who said to me that no replacement request is attendant on our toll free line you will have to mail on the above id with your invoice copy . I mailed them as request but still no action has been taken yet . The shop owner is not at the shop only and the hitachi person which sit there is giving excuses from the past two days, still owner has not show any concern and not even called . A person buys such products from big brand like HITACHI so he does not have bear such problems. The component which is not working cost around 5000 to 6000 and has been changed twice in more than a years after buying an AC for 59000. I need a Replacement of this UNIT, but after trying so hard mailing them, calling customer care number and even trying to contact the shop owner I still have NOT got a clear answer from anyone that what are there REPLACEMENT POLICIES . REALLY SICK AND TIRED OF THEM .
