At times I felt like a government hospital will treat you better. The security guards stop you and speak to you very aggressively. I’ve never faced such disrespect from any private hospital in Kerala where they almost bully you and taunt you.
We made it very clear during admission that we need private room but after surgery, they informed us that the patient will be shifted to a shared ward. we travelled around 200km and it was the patient ’s wife who came as his bystander as private room was promised. She had to stay in the men’s shared ward where the washrooms were very dirty.
I will never visit this place again and I request everyone(except people who are offered financial assistance by the management) to avoid coming here as you can find way better hospitals in Kerala.
