I bought this induction only because the brand name of Usha but seriously I am not satisfy with this induction.
I purchased this Induction before six months starting one months it working properly then after it showing some error while cooking the food and reduce the heating capacity.
the style and design is nice but very bad customer support when I face problem I try to call customer care but they did not gave proper response then I went to service centre for repairing purpose then they took my induction and told me with in 4-5 days it will repair but they take around 15-20 days for repairing now it working but the heating capacity is decrease and it also consume the electricity that’s why I am not using it regularly because it take so much time to cook the food . that’s why in comparison to Usha iSLIM Induction I prefer to use gas for cooking purpose.
