We(Astegic) have purchased 15 vrfs worth 50Lacs, during covid few of them are out of service. When we reached service centers they denial for support since its a global lockdown. Now they are asking for money claiming that your products are out of warranty now. We have asked the service center to repair it within warranty since Mitshubishi extended the warranty. But the Service center manager was misbehaving. I am going to fight legally now since there are no responses of email at the escalation desk.
