Poor service after sales.

We called service engineer through customer care to change pan stand. He checked the gas stove and did servicing. After that he informed that model is out dated and pan stand is not available.

After sometime, he suggested to change pan stand with support fittings and asked Rs. 950/- over phone. We agreed for that.

Today service engineer reached home and instead of changing the pan stand fitting, he completely dismantled the gas stove and asked to replace other parts also with additional cost of Rs. 1500.

When we did not agreed, he left the gas stove in dismantled condition.

Now, we are totally clueless and not getting any support from customer care.
