I am not satisfied with this product because it has bad quality sound which causes headache. product is user friendly like other product of creative. its features make me unhappy who are the basic right at this quality which makes the product is not a value for money product. the device does not offer on the go play list. so one can not queue up songs from a different folder or album or artists. for this you have to manually make the playlist on the computer. this sound output is not so good.
